Coupang is hiring a Senior Process Innovation Specialist to manage inbound inventory flow and optimize supply chain processes. You'll utilize SQL, Python, and data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI to enhance operational efficiency. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in supply chain management.
You have a strong background in supply chain management and operations, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to diagnose and solve complex problems effectively. You are proficient in SQL and Python, enabling you to manipulate and analyze data efficiently. Your experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI helps you present insights clearly to stakeholders. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with various teams to drive operational improvements. You are proactive in identifying risks and implementing solutions to enhance inventory management processes.
Experience in e-commerce or logistics is a plus, as is familiarity with root cause analysis (RCA) methodologies. You have a knack for process optimization and can develop data-driven recommendations to improve key performance indicators (KPIs). Your communication skills are excellent, allowing you to convey complex data insights in an understandable manner to leadership and team members alike.
In this role, you will monitor and manage inbound inventory flows, identifying bottlenecks and implementing preventive measures to mitigate risks. You will collaborate with fulfillment center operations, transportation, and various other teams to ensure seamless supply chain processes. Your responsibilities will include analyzing recurring inbound issues, conducting deep dives into root causes, and developing actionable improvement plans. You will manage key performance indicators such as truck turnaround time and dock-to-stock cycles, ensuring that operational targets are met. Additionally, you will prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for leadership, highlighting opportunities for improvement and providing actionable insights based on complex data analysis.
