Carvana is seeking an Experienced Auto Body Repair Technician to perform bodywork on various automotive panels. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive bodywork experience and offers a $4,000 bonus.
You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive bodywork experience, demonstrating your ability to perform various types of repairs on vehicles. Your expertise includes heavy plastic welding, minor metal pulling, and roof and rocker panel repair. You are skilled in handling large area, heavy bodywork, including Bondo repair, and are familiar with using state-of-the-art tools in a high-tech environment.
You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. You understand the importance of meeting deadlines and are willing to work mandatory overtime when necessary to ensure that vehicles are delivered on time. Your strong work ethic and dedication to quality make you a valuable asset to any team.
You possess a valid driver’s license and are able to read, write, speak, and understand English. You are also open to continuous learning and improvement, as Carvana offers training programs to help you advance your skills and career.
As an Experienced Auto Body Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing bodywork on multiple automotive panels. Your day-to-day tasks will include heavy plastic welding, minor metal pulling, and repairing roof and rocker panels. You will also handle large area, heavy bodywork, including Bondo repair, ensuring that all repairs meet the high standards set by Carvana.
You will work in one of Carvana's high-tech Inspection Centers, utilizing state-of-the-art tools to complete your tasks efficiently and effectively. Your role will require you to collaborate with other team members to ensure that all repairs are completed on time and to the satisfaction of customers.
In addition to your technical skills, you will be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and best practices in automotive repair. You will also participate in ongoing training programs to enhance your skills and stay updated on the latest techniques and technologies in the automotive industry.
