What you'll do

As a Leasing Agent at Placemakr, you will play a pivotal role in the leasing process, guiding potential residents from their initial inquiry through to their move-in. You will conduct property tours, highlighting the features and benefits of our unique apartment-like spaces. Your goal is to create a welcoming atmosphere that makes prospective residents feel at home even before they move in. You will be responsible for managing inquiries, following up with leads, and assisting with the application process to ensure a smooth transition for new residents. Additionally, you will collaborate with the property team to maintain high standards of service and support, contributing to the overall success of the property. Your role will also involve covering Sundays as needed, ensuring that our leasing operations run seamlessly.
