As a Customer Operations Trainer, you will act as a supervisor of processes, ensuring that new leaders and associates receive the training they need to excel in their roles. What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for training new associates and leaders at the site, ensuring they understand the standard processes and can execute them effectively. You will conduct regular follow-ups with associates to monitor their progress and provide additional support as needed. Your expertise in the processes will be crucial in delivering effective training sessions and workshops.

You will also be tasked with observing opportunities for improvement in training methods and materials, ensuring that the training provided is relevant and impactful. By using data to inform your training strategies, you will help enhance the overall learning experience for new associates, contributing to their success and the success of the team.

Collaboration with supervisors and managers will be key, as you will work together to ensure that all training records are kept up to date and that the training programs align with operational goals.
