Fieldguide is seeking a Senior Sales Enablement Manager to join their growing Sales Enablement team. You'll work at the intersection of Product, Product Marketing, Partnerships, and Sales to enhance the effectiveness of the sales team. This role requires strong collaboration and communication skills.
You have a proven track record in sales enablement, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your background includes working closely with sales teams to develop training programs and resources that enhance their effectiveness. You understand the nuances of product marketing and can translate complex product features into compelling sales narratives. You are a strong communicator, capable of building relationships across various teams, including Product, Marketing, and Partnerships. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about supporting the growth of your colleagues. You are adaptable and can navigate the challenges of a fast-paced startup environment, always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.
Experience in the technology or software industry is a plus, as is familiarity with cybersecurity, privacy, or financial audit sectors. You may have a background in project management or have used tools like Asana or Trello to manage tasks and workflows effectively. A strong understanding of sales metrics and analytics will help you measure the success of enablement initiatives.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales enablement strategies that align with Fieldguide's goals. You will collaborate with the sales team to identify training needs and create tailored programs that enhance their skills and knowledge. You will work closely with product marketing to ensure that sales materials are up-to-date and effectively communicate the value of our products. You will facilitate training sessions and workshops, providing ongoing support and resources to the sales team. Additionally, you will analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and adjust enablement strategies accordingly. Your role will also involve gathering feedback from sales representatives to continuously refine training programs and resources. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of learning and development within the sales team, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge needed to succeed.
