Who you are

As a Data Center Campus Director at Microsoft, you bring extensive experience in managing data center operations and a deep understanding of the industry. Desirable

Experience in cloud operations or data center management is a plus, as is familiarity with Microsoft’s core infrastructure and foundational technologies. What you'll do

In this role, you will drive the delivery of world-class support services across your campus or metro, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for managing the operational aspects of the data center, including overseeing safety protocols, security measures, and ecological initiatives. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams within Microsoft’s Cloud Operations & Innovation (CO+I) to deliver core infrastructure and foundational technologies for services like Bing, Office 365, Xbox, OneDrive, and Microsoft Azure. You will lead initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and improve service delivery, while also focusing on cost management and resource allocation. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be essential in aligning team efforts with broader organizational objectives.
