Overview

Ternary is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to enhance their multi-cloud FinOps platform. You'll work closely with engineers and finance leaders, leveraging your expertise in cloud financial management. This role requires 3+ years of experience in a technical account management or pre-sales engineering role.

Who you are

You are an empathetic person and active listener who loves building solutions to help others. With 3+ years of experience working directly with customers in a pre-sales engineering role or post-sales technical account manager role, you understand and are comfortable discussing cloud financial management topics. You have a collaborative attitude and are eager to pair with peers and nontechnical colleagues to get things done. You thrive in a mostly remote setting and are willing to work in a Continental USA time zone, from Pacific to Eastern. You love working at startups and want your work to have immediate impact.

Desirable

Experience with enterprise-grade cost allocation, anomaly detection, and case workflow management is a plus. Familiarity with self-hosted deployment options would also be beneficial.

What you'll do

As a Senior Technical Account Manager at Ternary, you will join a passionate team dedicated to building the best multi-cloud FinOps platform in the market. You will work closely with engineers, finance, and business leaders to maximize the business value of the cloud. Your role will involve fostering collaboration between teams and ensuring that enterprise customers operating at scale receive the best possible support. You will leverage your knowledge of the largest cloud service providers, including AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and Microsoft Azure, to provide insights and solutions that meet customer needs. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their challenges, and helping them navigate the complexities of cloud financial management.
