NICE is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to drive customer engagement and retention in the enterprise AI software space. You'll leverage your expertise to guide clients in maximizing their investment in Cognigy's technology. This role requires 5+ years of experience in customer success management.
You have over 5 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in the software industry, demonstrating a strong track record of customer retention and product adoption. Your deep understanding of SaaS value allows you to effectively communicate the benefits of technology to clients, ensuring they realize the full potential of their investments. You possess excellent communication skills and an empathetic, customer-first mindset that drives your passion for customer success. Your familiarity with CRM and customer success tools enables you to manage customer health and engagement effectively.
Experience working with enterprise-level clients and a proven ability to engage with executives will set you apart. You are adept at crafting tailored engagement plans and sales proposals that resonate with diverse stakeholders. Your strategic mindset allows you to devise value-centric sales strategies that align with customer goals, ensuring mutual success.
In this role, you will guide customers in strategically utilizing Cognigy technology, conducting structured discovery sessions to understand their needs and coordinate effective solutions. You will provide expert assessments and articulate the business value of the technology, engaging with enterprise executives to foster strong relationships. Defining and tracking customer success metrics will be a key responsibility, as you design and implement retention strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will create tailored engagement plans that address individual customer needs, crafting compelling sales proposals that highlight the value of Cognigy's offerings.
Collaboration is essential in this role, as you will work closely with Sales and Technical teams to ensure seamless execution of customer strategies. Your ability to develop customer advocates will help drive product adoption and retention, making you a vital part of the customer journey. You will also be responsible for monitoring customer health and proactively addressing any issues that may arise, ensuring that clients maximize the benefits of their investment in Cognigy technology.
