Guidepoint is seeking a Client Success Manager to enhance client relationships and promote their subscription-based research service. This role involves strategic outreach and onboarding new users, requiring knowledge of the financial services industry.

Who you are

You have a strong background in client relationship management, ideally within the financial services sector. You understand the nuances of working with hedge funds, private equity firms, and other financial institutions. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively convey the value of services to clients. You are proactive in identifying client needs and pain points, ensuring that they receive the best possible support. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with senior team members to drive client success. You are comfortable with data analysis, using client usage trends to inform your outreach strategies. You are adaptable and can manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring each receives personalized attention.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with senior members of the Client Service team to increase the user base at client firms. You will conduct outreach through cold calls and emails, aiming to activate new clients and meet project targets. Monitoring client usage trends will be a key responsibility, as you will need to identify inflection points and proactively address any potential issues. Onboarding new users will be part of your duties, where you will educate them on the various services Guidepoint offers under their subscription. You will develop a comprehensive understanding of the financial services industry to effectively communicate Guidepoint's value to clients. Your strategic approach will help foster long-term relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
