Who you are

You are a dedicated Health and Wellbeing Specialist with a strong background in occupational health and safety. You have experience in analyzing health assessments and managing health data, ensuring that workers are placed in suitable roles based on their health conditions. You are skilled in tracking and managing cases of health abnormalities and providing guidance to employees on health-related matters. You understand the importance of health education and are committed to promoting wellness in the workplace. You are familiar with the regulations surrounding occupational health and are adept at conducting assessments for high-risk workers, including those under the age of eighteen or those with specific health concerns.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating the results of health assessments for workers, ensuring proper health management and data preservation. You will assist employers in selecting appropriate roles for workers based on their health status. You will manage follow-ups for workers with abnormal health assessment results and provide health guidance as needed. You will conduct assessments and case management for high-risk workers, including those with occupational injuries or health hazards. You will also be involved in research related to occupational health and safety, maintaining records of injuries and illnesses. You will plan and implement health education and promotion measures to protect and enhance the physical and mental well-being of workers. Additionally, you will provide consultations and recommendations for preventing work-related injuries and health issues, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
