Solidcore is seeking a Head Coach & Community Manager to lead the studio and enhance the community experience. You'll be responsible for coaching classes and developing other coaches. This role requires strong leadership and coaching skills.
You are an experienced fitness professional with a passion for coaching and community building. As a Head Coach, you embody the qualities of an exceptional coach, demonstrating leadership and a commitment to excellence in every class you lead. You have a track record of developing others, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a supportive environment for new coaches. You understand the importance of delivering a best-in-class experience for clients and setting high standards for your team to aspire to.
You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with the Area Manager and other coaches to ensure the studio's success. Your ability to motivate and inspire others is key to your role, as you lead by example and encourage your team to reach their full potential. You are dedicated to the mission of [solidcore] and are excited about contributing to the growth of the brand and the community.
Experience in a boutique fitness studio or similar environment is a plus. You may have certifications in fitness coaching or personal training, which enhance your credibility and effectiveness as a leader. A background in community management or customer service can also be beneficial, as you will be engaging with clients and fostering a positive studio culture.
In your role as Head Coach & Community Manager, you will be responsible for coaching an average of eleven classes per week, ensuring that each session is engaging and effective for participants. You will set the tone for the studio, creating an atmosphere that encourages participation and fosters a sense of community among clients. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing training programs for new coaches, providing ongoing feedback, and supporting their growth within the studio.
You will work closely with the Area Manager to align on studio goals and strategies, contributing to the overall success of [solidcore]. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to understand their needs and preferences, helping to tailor the studio experience to enhance satisfaction and retention.
