What you'll do

In this role, you will be at the heart of the customer transition experience, responsible for designing and executing complex data migrations. You will work with external partners to ensure that data is transferred securely and efficiently, maintaining data integrity throughout the process. You will also be involved in troubleshooting any issues that arise during migrations, providing solutions that minimize downtime and disruption for clients. Your role will require you to stay updated on best practices in data migration and continuously seek ways to improve processes and methodologies. You will document migration processes and create training materials to assist clients in understanding their new systems.
