With at least 5 years of experience in EHS roles, you understand the complexities of safety regulations and compliance in a manufacturing environment. You are proactive in identifying potential hazards and implementing effective safety measures. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will provide guidance on safety best practices and lead training sessions to promote awareness and adherence to safety protocols. You will also investigate incidents and near misses, analyzing root causes and recommending corrective actions to prevent future occurrences. Your role will involve staying updated on industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring that the company remains at the forefront of EHS standards. You will play a key role in shaping the EHS culture at Relativity, advocating for safety as a core value in all operations.
