What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of accounting functions that support both development activities and ongoing property operations. You will assist in the preparation of consolidated and single-entity reporting packages, ensuring that all financial data is accurate and compliant with relevant regulations. Your attention to detail will be crucial as you review financial statements and reports, identifying any discrepancies and addressing them promptly.

You will collaborate with other team members to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency. This may involve implementing new accounting software or tools, as well as developing best practices for financial reporting. You will also be involved in training and mentoring junior staff, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their roles.
