Product Designer
AI Agents are all the rage. And rightfully so. We think future intelligent systems will enable entirely new paradigms for productivity and raise important questions about human-computer interactions.
We are seeking a user-centric, craft-obsessed designer to lead one of our core agentic workflows. We’re looking for a super-IC with an inherent desire to make something great. You’ll be armed with an open calendar, no bureaucracy, no PMs, talented engineers, direct access to any customer, and a massive mandate.
At Flatfile, we design products that help simplify the complex and unpredictable world of data migration. This role blends systems thinking, care of craft, and frontier thinking as we apply AI into a relatively nascent business application space.
