GenScript is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth in GMP Gene Editing and Biologics Manufacturing. This role involves supporting sales of GMP-grade nucleic acid reagents and manufacturing services. Experience in business development within the biotech sector is essential.
You have a strong background in business development, ideally within the biotechnology sector, and possess a deep understanding of GMP gene editing and biologics manufacturing. Your experience includes driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships that enhance business opportunities. You are skilled in identifying customer needs and translating them into actionable sales strategies. You thrive in collaborative environments and have a proven track record of working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels. You are results-oriented and have a passion for advancing biotechnology solutions that improve human health.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across GenScript’s GMP Gene Editing and GMP Biologics Manufacturing portfolios. You will support the sales of GMP-grade nucleic acid reagents, including guide RNAs and custom endonucleases, as well as GMP peptide and recombinant protein manufacturing services. You will engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their projects. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure that customer requirements are met and that the services provided are of the highest quality. You will also be tasked with developing and executing strategic plans to expand market presence and increase sales. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to build strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. You will analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and drive growth initiatives.
