Overview

Axon is seeking a Regional Support Manager to drive customer success and adoption of TASER® and Axon products in Italy. This role involves collaboration with sales and engineering teams to enhance public safety through innovative technology.

You have a strong background in customer success and support, ideally with experience in the public safety or technology sectors. You are passionate about bridging the gap between citizens and public safety professionals, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can drive real change. Your ability to connect with diverse perspectives and foster relationships with customers and partners is key to your success. You are proactive and take ownership of your responsibilities, ensuring that customers successfully adopt and utilize technology solutions.

What you'll do

As the Regional Support Manager for Italy, you will be responsible for driving customer success and adoption of TASER® and Axon products. You will work closely with the Country Manager, sales, and engineering teams to support customers in the region. Your role will involve developing new business opportunities and ensuring that customers are satisfied with their experience using Axon's technology. You will also collaborate with in-country partners and distributors to enhance customer engagement and support.
