You possess a valid driver's license and are at least 21 years of age, ensuring you meet the necessary requirements for this role. You are capable of reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English, which is essential for effective communication with customers and team members.

What you'll do

As a Customer Delivery Driver at Carvana, you will be responsible for delivering vehicles to customers' driveways, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. You will engage with customers, answering any questions they may have and providing assistance as needed. Your role will involve not only delivering cars but also representing Carvana in the local community, helping to build a positive brand image.

You will work shifts that may vary from 7am to 9pm, with a requirement to be available seven days a week. Your commitment to customer satisfaction will be key as you navigate the delivery process, ensuring that each customer feels valued and appreciated. You will also have opportunities to participate in community events, further enhancing Carvana's presence and reputation.

What we offer

Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $17, with opportunities for growth based on performance. You can expect to see increases in your pay at regular intervals, with the potential to earn up to $19 per hour within your first year through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program.
