You are a highly motivated and self-driven professional with at least 5 years of experience in sales, particularly in the technology or security sectors. You have a passion for identity management and understand the importance of securing access to technology across various platforms. You possess a strong understanding of the sales process, from conducting effective presentations to managing customer relationships. You are comfortable navigating complex sales cycles and can articulate the value of Okta's products to potential clients. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Desirable

Experience in enterprise sales, particularly within the identity and access management space, is a plus. What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving territory growth by acquiring new customers and nurturing existing relationships within the New England region. You will conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits to showcase the capabilities of the Okta Platform and Auth0 Platform. Your focus will be on understanding customer needs and aligning them with Okta's solutions to drive adoption and satisfaction.

Your ability to analyze market trends and customer feedback will inform your approach to sales, ensuring that you are always aligned with the needs of the market. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system, providing insights that will help shape future sales strategies.

As part of the Okta Sales Team, you will participate in regular training and development sessions to stay updated on product features and industry trends. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior sales team members, sharing your knowledge and experience to help them grow in their roles.
