Middesk is seeking a Solutions Architect to enhance customer engagement and technical integration. You'll collaborate with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product adoption. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and experience in customer-facing environments.
You have a strong background in technical solutions and customer engagement, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You excel at understanding customer needs and translating them into actionable solutions, ensuring that clients realize the full value of the product. Your problem-solving skills are top-notch, and you thrive in ambiguous situations, digging into issues to find root causes and drive them to resolution. You are comfortable working cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering, and you have a knack for building strong relationships with clients. Familiarity with identity verification, fraud, compliance, or onboarding workflows in regulated industries is a plus, as is experience in early-stage startups where you have owned documentation and customer education.
You have experience in regulated industries such as banking, fintech, or insurance, which gives you a unique perspective on the challenges faced by clients in these sectors. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner makes you a trusted advisor to customers. You are motivated by the opportunity to influence product direction and contribute to the company's growth.
In this role, you will own the technical health and growth of some of Middesk's most important customers. You will work closely with clients from initial implementation through long-term partnership, ensuring they receive the support they need to succeed. Your responsibilities will include designing and guiding integrations, troubleshooting complex issues, and proactively identifying ways to improve performance and expand use cases. You will serve as a technical advisor, helping customers navigate challenges and maximize the value of Middesk's platform. Your insights will also play a crucial role in shaping the product roadmap and go-to-market strategies as you collaborate with cross-functional teams.
