You have a Bachelor's degree in Network, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or other Engineering fields, or equivalent practical experience. With at least 1 year of experience in program or project management, you have a solid foundation in managing projects and improving processes, particularly in the telecom or data center infrastructure space. Your experience within organizational settings has equipped you with the skills to navigate complex environments effectively.
You possess knowledge of supply chain and logistics concepts, which allows you to understand the broader context of project management. Your familiarity with data networking architectures and physical network components enables you to engage deeply with technical teams and stakeholders. You have excellent problem-solving, quantitative, and presentation skills, which are essential for communicating complex ideas clearly and effectively.
As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You will work closely with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, and manage project schedules. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional partners across the company to ensure that project deliverables are met according to the overall schedule. You will participate in business reviews to provide global deployment and capacity updates, creating health reports that highlight wins, risks, and upcoming demands.
You will establish an escalation process to address any issues that arise during project execution.
