DEUNA is seeking a Senior Account Manager to drive strategic customer relationships and revenue growth. You'll collaborate with various teams to ensure customer success and retention. This role requires experience with HubSpot, Jira, and Slack.
You have 5+ years of experience in account management, demonstrating a strong ability to build and maintain strategic customer relationships. Your background includes working with large enterprises, where you've successfully driven revenue growth and customer retention. You are a trusted advisor and problem solver, capable of navigating complex customer needs and providing tailored solutions. Your experience with payment orchestration, PSPs, or gateways is a significant asset, as it allows you to understand the intricacies of the industry. You are proficient in tools such as HubSpot, Jira, and Slack, which you use to manage customer interactions and internal communications effectively. You possess a strong desire to succeed and are motivated by the impact you can have on your customers' businesses.
In this role, you will own a portfolio of strategic customers, managing their full lifecycle from onboarding to growth and retention. You will act as a commercial owner, ensuring that customers launch quickly and scale effectively with DEUNA's solutions. Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with Sales, Implementation, Technical Account Management, Product, and Operations teams to facilitate smooth customer experiences. You will drive expansion revenue by identifying opportunities for growth within your accounts and ensuring that customers view you as a strategic partner rather than just a vendor. You will also be responsible for tracking customer success metrics and reporting on progress to internal stakeholders. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering long-term partnerships that benefit both DEUNA and its customers.
