What you'll do

In this role, you will lead strategic sourcing initiatives for Roku's hardware consumer electronics category. You will be responsible for developing procurement strategies that optimize supply chain operations, ensuring that products are delivered on time and meet quality standards. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will work to align procurement efforts with product development and operational goals.

You will manage relationships with key suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms that benefit Roku while maintaining high standards of quality and cost-effectiveness. Your role will involve analyzing market trends and supplier performance to inform sourcing decisions and drive continuous improvement in procurement processes.

Additionally, you will be tasked with identifying and mitigating risks in the supply chain, ensuring that Roku can scale its operations effectively as it continues to grow. You will also play a key role in mentoring and developing junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence within the procurement team.
