What you'll do

As a Transportation Representative at Amazon, you will play a critical role in the Network Operation Center (NOC), which is responsible for overseeing transportation execution across multiple geographies. You will facilitate communication between transportation carriers, hubs, and warehouses, ensuring that freight is picked up and delivered on time. In the event of any exceptions, you will step in to resolve issues and keep all stakeholders informed. Your role will also involve monitoring network performance and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement. You will work closely with both inbound and outbound operations, addressing potential issues and ensuring that all processes run smoothly.
