You have a strong background in plumbing products and accessories, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with clients, sales associates, vendors, and installers to ensure they receive the best support possible. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to build and maintain relationships effectively. You are detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing product support ticketing and call queue systems efficiently. You are eager to learn and grow within the company, taking advantage of the extensive training and career growth opportunities provided.

What you'll do

As a Technical Service Advisor at Waterworks, you will be the go-to expert for plumbing products, providing support to clients and internal teams in a contact center setting. You will manage product support inquiries, ensuring excellent service levels for all inquiries. Over time, you will become the on-site technical expert for pre, present, and post-installation support, acting as the Waterworks service ambassador. You will work closely with contractors, plumbers, and installers, building strong relationships and ensuring they have the information they need to succeed. Your role will involve facilitating product support ticketing and call queue systems, helping to streamline processes and improve service delivery. You will also participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of plumbing products and services, ensuring you stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
