You have a strong background in operations and strategy, ideally with experience in launching new products or services. You possess an entrepreneurial mindset and are comfortable taking ownership of projects from conception to execution. Your analytical skills allow you to evaluate results through both customer-centric and quantitative lenses, ensuring that your strategies are data-driven and effective. You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating with marketing, product, design, and analytics teams to achieve ambitious outcomes. You are adaptable and can iterate on approaches based on feedback and results, always aiming for continuous improvement. You understand the importance of customer engagement and are excited about creating innovative solutions that enhance user experience.
In this role, you will spearhead the launch of new business initiatives within DoorDash's Marketplace.
