You have extensive experience in recruitment, particularly in high-impact roles across various functions such as Sales, Marketing, and Growth. You understand the nuances of hiring in a fast-paced environment and can adapt your strategies to meet the evolving needs of the organization. Your ability to partner with senior leaders allows you to shape hiring strategies effectively, ensuring alignment with the company's goals. You are comfortable with both agency-level execution and in-house recruitment processes, demonstrating a hands-on approach to talent acquisition. You thrive in dynamic settings and are adept at delivering predictable, high-quality outcomes.
Experience in the gaming or technology sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with both Web2 and Web3 environments. You may also have a background in technical recruitment, which would enhance your ability to support corporate hiring needs as they arise.
