What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for researching, designing, and implementing security-oriented frameworks and features that protect Navan's customers. You will upgrade the security of the current platform by integrating cutting-edge solutions like Passkeys, ensuring that the needs of various customer personas are met. You will work closely with the engineering team to drive risk remediation efforts based on thorough research and analysis. Your role will involve breaking down prior technical implementations to identify areas for improvement and delivering incremental security value through meaningful code refactors. You will also serve as a liaison between the engineering and security organizations, fostering strong partnerships that accelerate the release of secure software. Your contributions will be vital in building and scaling the security of Navan's products, ensuring that security is a fundamental aspect of the development process.
