What you'll do

As a Principal Enterprise Architect at Celonis, you will lead the design of solution architectures for our largest client accounts, ensuring that they meet performance, security, and business requirements. You will engage with customers to understand their strategic objectives and align them with Celonis' technical capabilities. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams, including Sales, Value Engineering, Product Management, Data Ops, and Information Security, to deliver tailored solutions that drive customer success.

You will be responsible for supporting engagements with both new prospects and existing customers, focusing on expanding their footprint with Celonis products. Your success will be measured by new customer acquisition rates, retention, and upselling opportunities. You will act as a bridge between Celonis' product and engineering teams and the clients' teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

Your expertise will be crucial in defining the overall architecture and cloud strategy for client accounts, helping to unlock productivity through the integration of AI and data into their business processes. You will also play a key role in identifying and addressing any technical blockers that may arise during the adoption of Celonis products, ensuring a smooth transition for clients.
