Bazaarvoice is seeking a UX Researcher to drive strategy and uncover user insights. You'll collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to influence product roadmaps. This role requires a versatile and data-driven approach to research.
You are a versatile and data-driven UX Researcher with a strong ability to toggle between quantitative and qualitative research methods. You have experience engaging directly with clients to understand their unique challenges and translating those insights into actionable strategies. Your background allows you to effectively bridge the gap between Product Managers, Designers, and Leadership, ensuring that user feedback is at the forefront of product development. You thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about creating smarter shopping experiences through user-centered design.
Experience with user-generated content and insights is a plus, as is familiarity with tools and dashboards that facilitate data analysis. You are comfortable working in a global team and can adapt your research methods to different cultural contexts. A background in retail or e-commerce would be beneficial, as it aligns with Bazaarvoice's mission to connect brands and consumers effectively.
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting user research that informs product strategy and design decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify user needs and pain points, utilizing both qualitative interviews and quantitative data analysis to drive insights. Your research will influence product roadmaps across teams in the US, UK, and India, ensuring that the solutions developed are aligned with real user needs. You will also be tasked with presenting your findings in a compelling manner to stakeholders, helping to shape the direction of product development.
You will engage with clients to gather feedback on their experiences and challenges, using this information to refine and enhance Bazaarvoice's offerings. Your role will involve synthesizing research findings into actionable recommendations that can be implemented by the design and product teams. You will also contribute to the development of user personas and journey maps that guide the design process.
