Your experience includes creating engaging digital media such as simulations, animated videos, and graphics that enhance learning experiences. You are adept at using data to inform continuous improvement in training programs, ensuring they meet the needs of diverse audiences. You have developed training across various delivery modalities, including virtual, hands-on, experiential, instructor-led, and remote classroom settings. Your ability to tailor content for different audiences demonstrates your understanding of effective instructional strategies.
