Box is seeking a Senior Solution Portfolio Manager in Financial Services to drive the development of industry-grade workflows. You'll work closely with clients to enhance their content management processes. This role requires extensive experience in financial services and portfolio management.
You have a strong background in financial services, with a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape and mission-critical workflows. Your experience includes managing solution portfolios that cater to the unique needs of financial institutions, ensuring compliance and efficiency in operations. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product adoption and enhance customer satisfaction. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify opportunities for innovation within the content management space, particularly as it relates to AI-driven solutions. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about leveraging technology to transform business processes.
Experience with enterprise AI solutions and a proven track record of driving product strategy in the financial services sector would be advantageous. Familiarity with content management systems and their application in regulated industries is a plus. You are comfortable working with data analytics tools to inform decision-making and improve product offerings.
In this role, you will lead the development of Box's solutions portfolio for financial services, focusing on creating repeatable, industry-grade workflows that accelerate customer adoption. You will collaborate with product management and engineering teams to ensure that the solutions meet the needs of clients in the financial sector. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research to identify trends and customer needs, as well as developing strategies to position Box's offerings effectively in the marketplace. You will engage with clients to gather feedback and insights, using this information to refine and enhance the solutions provided. Additionally, you will work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies that highlight the value of Box's content management solutions for financial services.
Box provides a competitive salary range of $175,500—$219,500 USD, along with equity and comprehensive benefits.
