Who you are

You are a driven college student eager to make a real impact at a cutting-edge technology company. You are pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. You possess strong communication skills and are comfortable assisting customers via email, chat, and phone. You are detail-oriented and capable of documenting customer interactions accurately while supporting daily operations. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are excited to work with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience.

What you'll do

As a Customer Support Intern at Xometry, you will be at the forefront of driving customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers by answering product, order, and account-related questions, ensuring timely and accurate resolution. You will support daily operations by documenting customer interactions and updating internal systems. Additionally, you will escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams and collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Engineering to identify recurring issues or process improvements. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience and the opportunity to develop essential skills in the manufacturing industry.
