What you'll do

As an Associate in the Client Service team, you will be the vital link between our clients and the expert knowledge they seek. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing multiple projects for investors, strategists, and dealmakers at top-tier clients. You will engage with clients to understand their needs and connect them with the right experts, ensuring that their queries are addressed promptly and effectively. Your role will also involve collaborating with various teams within AlphaSights to enhance client satisfaction and drive results.
