What you'll do

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer on the Atlas Growth team, you will lead complex projects that guide customers through their app development journey. You will be responsible for building customer-facing features in Atlas, focusing on enhancing user engagement and retention. Your role will involve utilizing an in-house experiments platform to validate features quickly, ensuring that only impactful work is released. You will participate in cross-functional squads, collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and analysts to achieve shared goals. You will take ownership of your projects, from initial design through to deployment, ensuring high-quality code and performance. You will also mentor junior engineers, sharing your expertise and helping them grow in their roles. Your contributions will directly influence the technical direction of the team and the overall success of the Atlas platform.
