BeyondTrust is seeking a Senior Contracts Specialist to manage all aspects of contract administration, including drafting, negotiation, and compliance. This role requires strong organizational skills and a thorough understanding of contract law.
You have extensive experience in contract administration, particularly in the technology sector, and possess a deep understanding of contract law. Your organizational skills are exceptional, allowing you to manage multiple contracts simultaneously while ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with various departments to facilitate the contract process. Your negotiation skills are top-notch, particularly in dealing with Cloud/SaaS and software licensing contracts, and you have a proven track record of closing deals with Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 customers. You approach negotiations with a 'deal doer' mindset, always aiming for win-win agreements that protect the company's interests while satisfying client needs.
Experience in cybersecurity or SaaS industries is a plus, as is familiarity with international regulations that may impact contract compliance. You are adaptable and open to continual learning, which aligns with BeyondTrust's culture of growth and flexibility.
In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, redlining, and negotiating a wide range of contracts, including Software Agreements for SaaS/Cloud and non-disclosure agreements. You will ensure that all contracts comply with relevant legal requirements and company policies, as well as US and UK regulations. Your role will involve collaborating with the sales organization to accelerate the closing process while managing risk through effective contract management. You will also be a key member of the legal team, contributing to the overall success of BeyondTrust by ensuring that contracts are completed efficiently and effectively.
