Who you are

You are a seasoned developer with a strong background in designing and implementing complex integration solutions. With at least 5 years of experience, you have a proven track record of working directly with customers to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions. Your expertise includes customizing existing cloud systems to meet specific business needs, ensuring compatibility and consistency across various platforms. You are familiar with integration tools and have experience with cloud-based systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce, and Amazon.

You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively interact with customers and team members. You are detail-oriented and have a solid understanding of data mapping and transformation processes. Your experience includes performing end-to-end testing of solutions and providing go-live support, ensuring a smooth transition for customers. You are committed to establishing and enforcing best practices for integration development and design, and you are comfortable conducting code reviews to maintain high standards of quality and security.

Desirable

Experience with legacy technologies like FTP, ACH, Fixed width, and EDI is a bonus. Familiarity with additional applications such as Google, Shopify, and Magento will enhance your ability to deliver comprehensive integration solutions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing custom business solutions and integrations that meet the unique needs of Celigo's customers. You will utilize the integrator.io platform to create seamless integrations between various cloud-based systems, ensuring that data flows smoothly and efficiently. Your role will involve customizing existing systems to align with customer requirements, which may include modifying workflows and enhancing functionality.

You will communicate directly with customers to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide ongoing support throughout the implementation process. Your responsibilities will include performing data mapping and transformation to ensure that all integrated systems are compatible and consistent. You will also conduct thorough testing of the solutions you develop, ensuring that they meet quality standards before going live.

As part of your role, you will provide go-live support and general assistance to customers, helping them navigate any challenges they may encounter. You will also be responsible for knowledge transfer, ensuring that customers are equipped to use the solutions effectively. Establishing best practices for integration development and design will be a key focus, as will conducting code reviews to ensure compliance with security and quality standards.
