What you'll do

As the CASS Lead at Seccl, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the organization's CASS obligations. You will work closely with the Head of CASS to ensure that all regulatory requirements are met and that the CASS framework remains effective and scalable. Your responsibilities will include providing expert guidance on CASS-related matters, leading the governance of key controls, and collaborating with various operational teams to ensure compliance across reconciliations, transfers, payments, and trading activities.

You will be responsible for identifying and mitigating compliance risks, ensuring that the organization adheres to all relevant regulations. Your role will involve hands-on delivery of critical CASS activities, requiring you to stay engaged with the operational aspects of the business. You will also be expected to contribute to the continuous improvement of the CASS framework, adapting it to meet the evolving needs of the organization as it scales.
