Job Description

## **About the Role** We’re looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Enterprise Account Manager to help us strengthen key partnerships and unlock long-term growth. You’ll play a central role in negotiating strategic agreements, supporting partner success, and driving impactful business outcomes through collaboration and strong operational follow-through. If you thrive in building meaningful relationships, influencing decisions, and turning data into growth strategies — this opportunity is for you. ## **What You’ll Do** - Lead commercial negotiations and contribute to closing strategic deals - Manage day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of high-value partners - Monitor performance, identify opportunities, and drive initiatives that enhance results - Partner closely with cross-functional teams to solve challenges and accelerate progress - Support conversations on commercial terms, promotions, and operational improvements ## **What You’ll Need** - 4+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, sales, or similar customer-facing roles - Experience leading negotiations and influencing strategic outcomes - Excellent relationship-building and communication skills - Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action - Ability to prioritize multiple projects while working in a dynamic and fast-moving environment ## **Bonus Points** - Experience working with mid-market or enterprise clients in a tech-driven business - Proven ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders at all levels - Experience managing commercial terms, performance metrics, or promotion planning - A strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and drive to continuously learn and grow Uber's mission is to reimagine the way the world moves for the better.
