What you'll do

In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of Nubank's Data Infra SRE team. You will lead initiatives to enhance the reliability and performance of the data platform, ensuring that it meets the needs of over 122 million customers across Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in reliability engineering, focusing on automation, monitoring, and incident response. Your contributions will directly impact the evolution of the data platform, driving the transition to a Data Mesh architecture. You will also mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the team. Your role will involve analyzing system performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions to enhance system reliability and efficiency. You will participate in the development of SRE strategies that align with Nubank's mission to redefine financial services in Latin America.
