Axonius is seeking a Senior Commercial Counsel to support their global sales and partner teams in negotiating complex customer agreements for cybersecurity SaaS products. This role requires strong legal expertise and business acumen to drive strategic deals.
You are an experienced Senior Commercial Counsel with a strong background in negotiating complex customer agreements, particularly in the cybersecurity SaaS sector. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to provide legal guidance that aligns with business objectives. Your ability to spot legal and non-legal issues allows you to offer real-time solutions that facilitate the closing of strategic deals. You are a business-minded transactional lawyer who values execution and autonomy, managing your own workload effectively while contributing to a multi-national legal team.
Experience in the technology sector, particularly with SaaS products, is a plus. Familiarity with cybersecurity regulations and compliance issues will enhance your ability to advise on relevant transactions.
In this role, you will draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements, including SaaS licensing, reseller distribution, and vendor agreements. You will support the global sales team by providing legal advice during negotiations, ensuring that agreements are favorable and compliant with applicable laws. Additionally, you will collaborate with business development and alliances teams to enable the distribution of Axonius products and services worldwide. Your role will involve advising executive leadership on legal implications of transactions and helping to implement solutions that drive business success.
