Overview

Vanta is seeking a Program Manager for AI Transformation to design and operationalize AI-powered workflows across the customer lifecycle. This role focuses on enhancing customer success through automation and intelligent workflows. Experience in program management and understanding of customer success processes are essential.

Who you are

You have a strong background in program management, ideally with experience in customer success or AI initiatives. You understand the importance of operationalizing workflows and have a knack for translating complex requirements into actionable plans. Your ability to partner with cross-functional teams ensures that you can effectively represent customer success needs in AI and roadmap planning. You are comfortable working in a remote environment and can manage multiple stakeholders while driving projects to completion.

Desirable

Experience in the tech industry, particularly in roles that involve AI or automation, is a plus. Familiarity with customer success metrics and methodologies will help you excel in this position. You are proactive in identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement, and you thrive in collaborative settings where you can influence outcomes.

What you'll do

As a Program Manager for AI Transformation at Vanta, you will partner with Customer Success leadership to understand evolving needs and priorities across the post-sales organization. Your role will involve scoping post-sales needs and driving the AI roadmap to enhance customer experiences. You will program-manage the rollout of AI-powered workflows, ensuring that initiatives are executed with discipline and that impact is reported effectively. Your work will directly contribute to transforming how post-sales teams deliver onboarding, adoption, risk management, and renewal outcomes for customers.

You will be responsible for operationalizing the Digital Customer Success mission, which includes designing high-impact, programmatic experiences that help customers realize value faster and more consistently. By leveraging AI, you will scale how Customer Success operates through automation and intelligent workflows. Your disciplined execution will ensure that AI initiatives meaningfully improve customer experiences while enabling the Customer Success team to scale effectively.
