StockX is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Buyer Experience to enhance the buyer journey through data-driven strategies and personalization. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage machine learning to drive conversion and customer satisfaction.
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on user experience and personalization. Your background includes working with data-driven strategies and you understand how to leverage insights to enhance customer journeys. You are skilled in translating complex data into actionable product strategies that improve user engagement and conversion rates. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with marketing, data science, and engineering teams to achieve shared goals. You are passionate about creating personalized experiences that resonate with users and drive business impact. You have a strong analytical mindset and are comfortable using data to inform your decisions. You are adaptable and open to experimenting with new ideas to continuously improve the buyer experience.
Experience with machine learning models and behavioral analytics is a plus. Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks will help you succeed in this role. A background in e-commerce or marketplace environments will be beneficial as you navigate the complexities of buyer behavior.
In this role, you will own the product vision and roadmap for buyer-facing experiences at StockX. You will lead initiatives that enhance purchase confidence and conversion rates, ensuring personalization is a core capability of the platform. You will partner with marketing and data science teams to define and implement strategies that utilize machine learning and behavioral signals to improve buyer relevance and decision-making. Your responsibilities will include translating data insights into product features that enhance pricing confidence and messaging clarity. You will also lead the evolution of experimentation frameworks, continuously testing and validating product changes to optimize the buyer experience. Your work will directly influence key metrics such as GMV, repeat purchases, and buyer lifetime value, making a significant impact on the business.
