Overview

Sigmoid is seeking a Program Manager to oversee project governance and stakeholder management. You'll coordinate multiple project streams and ensure operational excellence. This role requires 4 to 7 years of experience in a PMO or operations-focused role.

Who you are

You are a highly organized and proactive individual with 4 to 7 years of experience in a PMO, project coordination, or operations-focused role. You thrive in environments that require strong stakeholder management and operational excellence, ensuring that project health aligns with organizational goals. Your ability to communicate effectively across various teams makes you a key player in facilitating smooth operations. While a technical background is not mandatory, having familiarity with data-centric environments is considered a good-to-have skill that enhances your context in this role.

You understand the importance of tracking project status and health across multiple workstreams, and you are adept at identifying roadblocks and bottlenecks. Your proactive approach ensures that issues are resolved in a timely manner, allowing projects to stay on track. You are comfortable sharing regular updates and maintaining transparency on progress and milestones, which fosters trust among stakeholders.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the coordination and governance of multiple project streams, working closely with project managers and various stakeholders. Your primary focus will be on ensuring operational excellence by tracking project health and facilitating smooth communication across the organization. You will take charge of project governance, ensuring that all projects align with the organizational goals and objectives.

You will collaborate with project managers to share regular and accurate project updates, maintaining transparency on progress and milestones. Your role will also involve proactively identifying roadblocks, bottlenecks, or delays and following up relentlessly with owners to ensure timely resolution.
