Cloudflare is seeking a Lead Sales Manager to establish and lead a new Inside Sales Representative function across the APAC region. You'll drive net new business in the small and midsize market, managing a distributed team across multiple countries. This role requires strong leadership and sales experience.
You have a proven track record in sales management, ideally with experience in leading teams in a hybrid environment. As the Inside Sales Manager at Cloudflare, you will be responsible for establishing a new sales function aimed at driving net new business across the small and midsize market in the APAC region. You will lead a distributed team of Inside Sales Representatives based in various locations including India, Beijing, Korea, Singapore, and Australia. Your role will involve setting clear sales targets, developing strategies to achieve them, and ensuring your team has the resources and support they need to succeed.
