Gopuff is seeking a Site Leader I to oversee facility operations in Brooklyn. You'll lead a team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences and improving operational efficiencies. This role requires 6+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
You have over 6 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in retail, grocery, military, or restaurant settings. Your leadership skills shine as you manage a local team of Shift Leaders and Field Operations Associates, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. You possess strong written and verbal communication skills, which are essential for conflict resolution and team development. You thrive in ever-changing environments and have a proven track record of being a change agent, improving processes and efficiencies within your team. Your ability to work with fluid schedules, including evenings and weekends, demonstrates your commitment to the role. You are physically capable of standing, bending, reaching, and walking during shifts, and can lift up to 49 pounds when necessary.
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, as it complements your extensive experience. Your entrepreneurial spirit and positivity make you an ideal candidate for this fast-paced role, where drive and enthusiasm are key to success.
As the Site Leader I at Gopuff, you will be accountable for all facility operations, including deliveries, inventory management, and equipment oversight.
