Earnin is seeking a Senior Manager of Customer Success to drive adoption and engagement across B2B partners. This role requires strong relationship management skills and a proactive approach to customer success.
You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally with experience in B2B environments. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partner companies is key to ensuring that EarnIn's products deliver measurable value. You thrive in a collaborative setting and are comfortable wearing multiple hats, from customer success to partner marketing and selective sales enablement. You are entrepreneurial in spirit, motivated by the opportunity to drive growth and engagement in a fast-paced environment. Your initiative and creativity are essential as you work closely with the VP/GM of the Cashout business to deepen EarnIn's impact within its existing portfolio. You understand the unique needs of customers living paycheck to paycheck and are passionate about providing them with real-time financial flexibility.
Experience in a similar role within the fintech industry would be a plus, as would familiarity with earned wage access products. You are data-driven and can leverage insights to enhance customer engagement strategies. A background in marketing or sales enablement would also be beneficial, as you will be involved in initiatives that promote EarnIn's offerings to partners.
In this role, you will serve as the primary relationship owner for EarnIn's B2B partners, ensuring that their experience with our products is seamless and beneficial. You will drive adoption and engagement by working closely with partners to understand their needs and how EarnIn can best support them. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing strategies to deepen product integration and usage among partners, as well as identifying opportunities for growth within the existing portfolio. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into product development and marketing strategies. Additionally, you will be responsible for reporting on key metrics related to customer success and engagement, providing insights that will inform future initiatives. Your role will be high-visibility, rewarding your initiative and creativity as you contribute to EarnIn's mission of providing financial flexibility to its community members.
Earnin offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $150,000, along with equity options.
