Google is seeking a Sales Recruiter for their Customer Solutions team in Dublin. You'll be responsible for guiding candidates through the hiring process and building relationships with hiring managers. This role requires 3+ years of recruiting experience and strong communication skills in English.
You have at least 3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations, or account management. Your background includes 2 years of recruiting experience either at an agency or within an in-house recruiting team. You are fluent in English, which is essential for supporting client relationship management in this region. Ideally, you have 4 years of full cycle recruiting experience in either an agency or corporate setting, along with 3 years of experience in closing applicants and negotiating compensation packages. You possess the ability to grow customer relationships, provide consultative skills, and thrive in a team environment. Your excellent accountability, work ethic, integrity, and organizational skills are complemented by your attention to detail. You are a problem-solver with strong communication skills, capable of taking initiative and building productive relationships. Additionally, fluency in Polish, Dutch, or German is a plus for supporting client relationship management in this region.
