What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the recruitment efforts for the Stripe Delivery Center, managing a team of full-cycle recruiters. You will develop and support your team, helping them to enhance their skills and streamline the recruitment process. Your focus will be on attracting and hiring top talent who can contribute to Stripe's mission of increasing the GDP of the internet. You will work closely with the Global Operations organization, ensuring that recruitment strategies align with business needs. You will also be responsible for providing metrics and insights to improve the recruitment process and candidate experience. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that hiring practices are efficient and effective, ultimately driving the success of Stripe's operations.
