What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the design, alignment, and operationalization of board-level governance frameworks for Meta’s international entities. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that governance practices are not only compliant but also aligned with Meta’s strategic goals. Your responsibilities will include developing policies and procedures that support effective governance and risk management.

You will facilitate discussions among stakeholders to identify key governance issues and propose solutions that balance legal requirements with business objectives. Your role will involve collaborating with legal, compliance, and operational teams to ensure that governance frameworks are implemented effectively across the organization.

You will also be responsible for monitoring changes in corporate governance regulations and advising the organization on necessary adjustments to policies and practices. Your insights will help shape Meta’s approach to governance, ensuring that it remains robust and responsive to evolving legal landscapes.
